School Sports

Sports play a major part in our school and over the years our boys have made us very proud with their achievements in a number of Sports. Mr. Stephen Lavin coaches the school football and hurling teams.

We are very fortunate to have tremendous ongoing support from our parents to coach and transport our pupils.

We are currently enjoying the following sports at our school - both as organised activities straight after school where the teachers stay to train us and in-school activities where we have a number of visiting coaches who come to put us through our paces and from whom we can pick up expert tips!

Table Tennis , Tennis, Hurling, Golf, Rugby , Swimming and Football

Winners of the Primary Schools Indoor Hurling West Division where we emerged victorious from 11 teams. We were Semi-finalist winners in the County Section	Winners of the Munster final of the Community Games. We will represent the province at the All-Ireland finals to be held in Athlone. Thanks to the training given to us by by Anne Mackey, Barry O'Riordan, Janet Ryan and Sylvia O'Neill.
